How long will it take to receive my USB gift box?

Usually 5 to 10 business days after the interview is completed. This will depend on your location.

Can I share the interview with others?

Of course you can. Once you have received your A Life Story USB you can make as many copies as you like and share it with friends and family.

What happens if I lose the only copy of the interview?

Don’t worry, we have all the interviews saved. All you need to do is contact us and for $99 AUD plus postage and we can send you another beautiful A Life Story gift box containing your loved one’s life story.

Can I purchase more than one gift box and USB?

You sure can. Each additional A Life Story gift box and USB is $99 AUD plus postage and handling.

Do I get to choose when the interview is recorded?

Can I get a longer interview?

Sure. Each A Life Story interview is recorded in one-hour blocks so feel free to purchase as many one-hour blocks as possible and we can conduct one longer interview or interview your loved one over a few days, whichever suits them.
